Packaging carton design features:
1 If not with big sizes, generally adopt the one piece type.
2 Carton packaging is one of the most used packaging structure on the market.
3 All cartons finally is basically a square or rectangle, so when do step and repeat will not waste paper, and save cost. 

Express packing design.
1 For own packaging of the goods, you can prepare some popcorn, waste newspapers in the box do cushion filling (use sponge or foam debris will be better).
2 Round barrel items shall not be shorter than the internal parts, the outer packing size is longer and easy broken items should be lined with a solid round rod or hard plastic barrel as outer packaging.
3 For book packaging if  do not use boxes, suggest a stack or a sheaf, non-specialists stack of packaging will make the packaging useless.
4 For fragile goods packaging, need special treatment, first pack 4-5 layer with foam film bag , then use ewspapers do cushion filling between goods and box. If the volume is large or special fragile and valuable goods(such as glass, display containers,etc.) must add wooden frame packing.
