anchor type pad|inside card design|packaging container

This is die cut anchor pad, commonly used in special container or inside the display shelf.  Currently, on the market inside lining or khaki structure is complex, trival processing, packing efficiency is low, the production cost is high. This design adopted folding form, the design processing is simple and the packaging effiency is high.

Box inside card design:
In order to avoid some fragile as energy-saving lamps in the process of transportation having collision damage. Usually within the box, there are set up with cushion lining or inside cards. 
1 Support internal products and avoid shaking and deformation.
2 Simple manufacturing process, low production cost, quick card product packaging.
3 With card slot, stuck container components, usually within cards and container have docking between the card slot.
