The product packaging design is a systematic process that requires different stages of the objectives and goals, each of them are interlocking and closely linked step by step. The lack of any parts are likely to affect the correct implementation of product packaging design process. According to the requirements and practical experience of the product packaging design, we can divide the whole process into several aspects: research → concept → solutions → artistic expression → Inspection assess→ implementation.

1. Research
Product packaging design begins with the marketing research, learn more about the product and related information in details, investigation analysis is the starting point of the design. All the relevant design issues in front of us can be achieved through the expression finally, so the expression has become an important part of the product packaging design. The artistic expression is a specialized kind of knowledge, its scope and depth need for specialized study.

5. Inspection Assess

Therefore, the product packaging designer not only need to do the design work well, but also need to know the production process engineering technology and management, only with such a wide range of knowledge and skills, we are able to become a professional product packaging designer.
